The train of destiny is never late. We are always on-board, and we are always in the right place, at the right time!

When we look back at our journey, it may appear that a lot of time was wasted, but that was the route assigned for our travel. Train of destiny does not take shortcuts, it is not in a hurry to reach somewhere, it has all time in the world.

We often rush, not knowing our own path. We worry, that we have missed the scenic route, feeling anxious to reach our chosen destination fast. But we do not realize, that we are all aboard the train, which never makes mistakes- it always takes us exactly, where and when we need to be.

If only we could relax, put our luggage down, and enjoy the ride, while we are taken through the journey of our lives, we may appreciate, that we were indeed travelling on the best possible route for us!

We think we hold the map, we choose our goals and we chart the course of our travel. We even refuse to look out the window, to admire what beautiful sceneries spread all around- for we always have a plan to reach somewhere, so we spend all our time scheming, dreaming, brooding- and forget to look around. 

We do not really know our travelling companions, and we do not trust anyone, because we believe we are travelling alone and that others are all going somewhere else.

When we finally arrive, we realize in awe and wonder, that it was where we really needed to come, but we did not even know that, until we were actually here!

Or, it was that destination we had always secretly wanted and hoped to visit, but did not know how to reach! Perhaps, it was the place we had absolutely needed to be, at that particular time- for the rest of our lives to unfold in a way we had always dreamed of! Or, it was that strange place, where we knew nothing, and no one when we arrived, but it felt like home soon, and we never wanted to leave!

The train of destiny always takes us where we need to go, whether or not we understand it, acknowledge it or appreciate it.

We may even hate parts of our journey. Our travel may be noisy, bumpy, stinky, cold, dark, exhausting, annoying. We may be seated near people we can barely stand, we may constantly be grumpy, complaining or patiently waiting for the journey to be over.

But maybe, all that experience is needed to bring us where we must end up in life?

Perhaps we have to learn something, that is only possible through such horrid unpleasantness, perhaps our wisdom and maturity, is to come through an experience of calamity ? Maybe, someone had to say goodbye, so we could appreciate the tremendous beauty and meaning in love. Or, we needed to know the sorrow, loss and pain of a tragedy, to notice the joy and value of ordinary things.

Our journey through life could take any of the ten thousand routes, but each and every one of them remains just a possibility, a potential- except the one we actually travel on.

We only actually ever take one route, and that alone is exactly where, when and how, we were meant to learn, live, love, grow and be taken on the ride of our life by the train of destiny.

We are not isolated, nor alone on separate trains. There is only one train, everyone and everything that has ever existed, has always been aboard on this train.

There are innumerable passengers on this train, and it takes them where they need to go, among the countless stations and destinations, the train chooses and decides everyone’s itinerary, every stop, every turn, every halt and move is carefully planned for each passenger.

This journey is just an opportunity to learn, until we are free from all our cumbersome baggage. We suffer only until we learn the lessons that are on the list. For the train of destiny is on a mission, to teach each one of us the exact truths, that we need to learn in our lives.

The final destination for all of us is the same, freedom and happiness of knowing our real Self.

If we can surrender to the journey, respecting the direction in which we are going, learning and growing from the challenges we face, and admire the beauty and perfection we encounter, we are already half way through!

The train of destiny expects us, to do what we must in every moment, to act from our whole awareness and wisdom. It hopes, that we learn to live effortlessly, from our truth and joy, loving and enjoying the ride!

It is always headed towards peace and harmony, but sometimes, we need to pass through chaos and conflict, to appreciate that.

If we are fortunate, we may realize, that we are free to surrender all our concerns to the train of destiny. We may be able to drop all our anxiety, struggle and nervous planning- to effortlessly relax in the beauty of whatever life brings along next!

We need not carry a single moment’s worth of worry with us. The train of destiny will deliver all the necessary luggage, that will ever be needed, at the right place and time.

We may be able to appreciate our journey much more, if we could understand, just how unnecessary were all those burdens that we carried and refused to put down.

The train of destiny runs on compassion. It is carrying all that we could ever need, and we will receive everything that is rightfully meant for us, when we need it.

If we could see that, we would go through the journey of our life with tranquility, joy and immense gratitude!

All we have to do is trust, relax, play, and have some fun along the way. The train of destiny is taking us exactly where we need to go, and it is always right on time!
